EVHC utilises iPOD Touch units in the Workshop and wireless internet access to communicate with a central management system. Direct Technician input of the Health Check onto a handheld unit allows for greater accuracy and clarity of information. Technicians are identified by individual PIN which ensures full traceability and accountability for identified work. Health Checks are divided into simple and clearly defined categories, with one touch all green input to further speed the process. Built in descriptive fault codes for warning and advisory checks and the facility to add notes and unlisted items, ensure the provision of concise and accurate data.
A Workshop Management and Sales Process Screen provides job status, progress and pricing information on one screen for all relevant users. DMS integration offers the facility for direct Customer and Vehicle data import with no double keyed input required. A deferred diary for future customer contact allows automated, proactive email and SMS contacts as well as standard telephone follow ups and ensures all contact results are reported including lost sale reasons. Real time performance and results monitoring provides an instant snapshot of current status and performance, while detailed and comprehensive reports allow for thorough analysis of all aspects of Health Check performance.
The system produces a comprehensive printed Health Check, with a clear, detailed and striking layout. Dispensing with outdated tickboxes, our new format shows the components checked in visual graphical icon format, which ensures simple and concise required work identification for the customer. Prices and dates for all necessary, completed and future work opportunities are included and all Health Checks are stored electronically for email, review and reference. Each Health Check also includes the relevant individual printed technician signature and Service Advisor name.
